The Start Screen docs (online) say that clicking Recent Projects will show you 16 ...

This may be hardwired at 16 now to maintain sync ... not sure though

I am not aware of any way to control the number of entries in that list. I think I went looking for it once to edit some things out of it, but that would have been years back, and I don't even recall if I ended up actually editing it in the end.

It is fixed in the program. There are a couple of tools to delete entries from the list, here is the feature request with a couple of solutions http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3164803. I will compile the autohotkey script if it would help.

Thanks, it would be easy enough to create a permutation on the script which truncated the list if that would be helpful.

I'm usually picking thru the list for the projects I want to "retire", but that would probably useful for folks. Something like "Truncate to X most recent projects" ...
