Hi there.

I know this may be an already asked question but I can' t acually find it anywere (at least about the Home Studio version). I purchased Sonar Home Studio and was wondering if I could install it on another pc as well without the need to buy it again. Should I save on the new pc the Command Center's setup I used on the old one and then download my copy of Sonar from Command Center, inserting the serial number?

Thanks in advance.

The EULA says this is perfectly acceptable as long as you only run one instance at a time.

Although even if you do, it does seems to work (I've done it by accident forgetting my other machine was left on).

I have it on 7 Computers.
You can't buy it anymore but you can get it FREE. Someone said this deal is still alive.. Even though it's sort of pointless with CbB being a much better version.

How easy it is to forget there are still people owning PCs with 32-bit CPU architecture.

Well 2 of my old laptops are 32 bit but I would never use them for anything other than music playback.

So basically i can' t download it from my old command center, but i can still get it for free by using that link and code, right?
At this point i have 3 more questions:

1-in that way do i get all the stuff (including vst instruments) that is normally given in home studio?
2- do i need to use or create another account to install sonar home studio in that way?
3-  if i wanted to open my old project files from my old pc, can i just transfer the project files and open them with home studio on new pc, or is it more complicated?

Thanks

I said, you can install your paid for version on as many computers as you like. I had it on 7.
And I also installed the free download using another account.

Log on to your Cakewalk account on the new computer, install Command Center and install everything you own.
