Followed the instructions in the Knowledge Base, but still can't get Sonar Plat to see it. Works fine in Studio One.

Is there a trick or work-around that I'm missing?

Thank you! Finally made time to sit down and work on it. It works great, and excellent functionality.

Mine works better with the AZ-Controller than it ever did with the native controller software.
More functionality!

I have a Yamaha FC4 sustain pedal connected to my Faderport which functions correctly in the Presonus DAW. If I arm a track to record and press the pedal it does not start recording in Sonar. If I press R and start recording, pressing the pedal will stop the recording. Anybody else with this experience or has solved this?
Thanks
Brian

In case you use my plug-in, it is not configured yet. I do not have Faderport, so I have made the preset based on information form users. In general you just have to look at "Last MIDI event" in the Property Page of my plug-in when pressing/releasing the pedal and let me know what you see.

If you are using the original plug-in, I can not help.

I looked at the list of what it did, and was surprised. I was expecting less, not more functionality. Faderport works better in S-Plat than it does in S1v3. Seems more responsive. Color me happy!

And you can redefine/add everything Sonar support (not as much as I want, but still a lot).
One fancy example from current discussion: when some specific button combination is pressed, encoder/fader select -3,-2,-1,+1,+2,+3 dB and on button release that gain change is applied to selected clip part
More practical: you can change encoder "resolution" (how fast it changes the parameter, in coarse and fine modes separately) just with 5 (yes, counted right now!) mouse clicks.
