Yup. We are and my apologies but I guess the OP has their problem solved so perhaps not such a bad thing to freestyle it a bit (this is highly educational). I would actually use Reaper more for its (supposedly) simple time stretching options (same with Ableton which I think I have an LE version on disc that came with my interface). Might be simpler than firing up Audiosnap for quickstretches (but I have figured out some reasonably quick ways to do such stretching in Sonar... but they require some slicing and dicing which is time consuming as well). For noise reduction Audacity seems to have some offline options that may do some useful stuff but really I'm more interested in inserting something like RX/Ozone into the utilities section if I can ever afford those packages.
Just cool to know that there is a way to reach out into other programs like this instead of completely leaving the Sonar environment. Sonar is home and I get nervous when I am too far from home. lol
