I was finally installing X3 and update X3e and when it came to installing Melodyne the install stated that you had an old version upgrade. When I upgraded and the install and update was done when I went to use Melodyne it stated enter your serial number and it rejected it saying this serial number is not registered log on. When trying to login it stated my profile was invalid, I went back and reset my password logged in fine, went back to the Register page invalid profile again. I uninstalled all Melodyne products tried everything as a stand alone same errors. I finally sent an email to Melodyne showing my serial number from Cakewalk that was not working. This was there response
Dear Terrance,Please remove the current installation of "Melodyne singletrack" from your PC and restart the PC afterwards. Next log into your myCelemony account with your username and click on the orange link called "load installer or update" right of the "Melodyne essential" version 2 serial number XXXX-53FN-XXXX-3EED-D3FT. This will get you to the download area. Download the latest installer version 2.1.2 from there and then run the installer on your computer. Please note that both the installer and the program file will come up as "Melodyne singletrack".You can reach our myCelemony service here:

To resolve this they created a special zip of Melodyne 2.1.2 which was packaged to use my activation code and now Melodyne is working properly just thought I would share for anyone else that may have this issue
