I've posted this on two separate threads where it was brought up, I have reset and rescanned vst's several times now but since the Brainfart update my pro-channel modules are ghosty...cannot use them, in particular it's the saturation knob (not that I would use it a lot but what the hey it should work right?)

Here's my latest scan and reboot and rescan and image:

Looked for updated graphics card drivers lately? Can't hurt, might help.

Since I refuse to do a vst reset and rescan because it screws up my jBridge/BitBridge preferences, here's what I did:

Copy the contents of
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\VSTBitmapCache\Sonar Producer
to
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\VSTBitmapCache\SONAR
overwriting when prompted.

Didn't have to do a scan afterwords, worked immediately

Yes Craig I run a pretty hefty CUDA card and offload some of my vst engine to run on parallel processors, so I keep my drivers updated...and as you can see by the images it is only the saturation knob that is missing a bitmap...

Did this as well, no results, thanks for the suggestion though...

{76BC8F33-4F5D-6880-4817-F82C1C91E0E1} Make sure you have this folder in there and it has the icons in it. At least this is the one that has it on my system.

thanks tego, yes it's the very first one and it contains the saturation knob icons inside as does {141AC902-7361-746E-5341-545552417E31}...THERE ARE TWO SETS OF ICON FOLDERS STARTING WITH DIFFERENT NUMBERS...

Check this thread and see if the underlying cause pertains to you.
Pay attention to post #5 specifically in that thread.

Yes that is a possible cause. I also added some more instructions to that thread. I suggest calling support if you can't do it yourself.

There were no x86 paths in my regedit, I am only running Sonar 64, I also reset the migration to "0" and on startup it made me reinstall XLN drums...I have contacted support and they seem to be trying, but so far no answers...

It appears it is only the saturation knob in the PC that seems to be the issue...

Not an eye-candy studio guy (you should see my proto-type REDD.47 its' UGLY but works great) but if it doesn't work it causes concern for what other parts might not be doing anything...
