Hey guys,
Here's the deal:
I have been using SONAR X3, but I just got the new SONAR Professional. No problems save one. In Cakewalk Sound Center, I can't use any of the instruments I purchased for X3, which is ALOT/MOST of them. I get the multisample error followed by EX: "10 Violas.sfz" or whatever it may be. All the plugin locations are set to be scanned so I don't know what the deal is.

Also, could it be an issue with the bits? Should I install 32 or 64?

Help would be appreciated

Sounds like a path issue. The sfz file is a text file that lists the various settings for the samples including their locations. It might be an install issue. I've just replied to a similar thread here too.

All my sounds appear to be working but I don't use the CW sound centre a great deal.

The 32 or 64 bit question. Are you referring to Sonar? Sound Centre is 32-bit only, or at least that's all I have on my system.

It is very confusing, because I've uninstalled everything, checked all the paths and the problem persists.... I mean what the heck?

As the for the bits, I was only asking which is preferable/stable

I had the same problem, here's a link to the thread where I found a work around.

Post #6 is the one where I explain what I ended up doing
