Currently using a dell t3400 precision workstation as main daw right now still using windows xp pro 32 bit.
 for my main interface I have 2 delta 1010's breakout boxes right now for my main pre using a maudio Octane
 
 I'm using Sonar 8.5 producer along with ableton  live 9 standard rewire
 I just recently added a Roland Vm 3100 pro mixer no rpc 1. I connected the one interface as shown in the instructions i hear sound threw the mixer with headphones when i plug in my guitar into mixer but no audio levels in sonar are moving also was trying out a couple of Lepou plugins also don't think i was hearing those also can't get it to work with guitar 4 from komplete 7 
 
Do I need the rpc 1 ? for this to work
 
been messing around with different settings right now I'm using the 1 and 2 inputs of my mixer which are connected to the delta 1010

Really? How is this not a problem?

The reason it does not yet belong in the Problem Reports forum is that the problem reports forum is for issues that have been found to be verified problems by Cakewalk, so at this point with this, it seems to be a matter of getting things configured properly.
 
This is the description under the Problem Reports forum link: "A place to document verified problem reports regarding the use of Cakewalk products".
 
This thread does not at this point fall under the criteria for belonging in the Problem Reports forum - per the Cakewalk criteria for what goes into that forum.
 
It will get looked at and hopefully resolved here - this is a great forum for these kinds of issues/questions.
 
It's coming up on 2:45 in the morning here, so I am off to snooze, but I will look for this post and jump in, if needed, as soon as I wake up in a few hours - around 7:00 or so. :)

Just Thought I update , started playing around everything seems to work better with WDM when I have Asio on I Hear audio but see no meters  but when wdm mode It all worksl Plan to upgrade to windows 7 with this pc this year
