Sorry it might be hard to believe but I'm genuinely confused. Are you complaining about not knowing something you already happen to know? #29 #34.

I'm confused as to why you're so uptight about this/me.  I'm not complaining about anything.

For some reason I didn't see Craig's post but, as he so often says, he doesn't represent Cakewalk.
So we're still waiting for Cakewalk's official ample warning.

So does one person getting an email constitute "ample notice" ?
I received yet another email two days ago, still no mention of an Intro offer or an end date.

CakeAlexS
I doubt the email was sent to 'one person'.

Well you seemed to be cheesed off about not getting an email from Cakewalk... fair enough but there is another TWO WEEKS for the offer to expire. So you are waiting on Cakewalk to tell you what you and others already know (although I don't see any need to wait)...

Yup answer was way back in post #29 folks, confirmed in post #34 ... Over and out :).

And therein lies the problem.  I'll tell you if I'm cheesed off, ok ?

You're not making sense Alex.  I'm just waiting for Cakewalk to tell me, like they said they would.

Hi-

I can understand why there's some confusion about the cutoff date. I've gotten 9 e-mails from Cakewalk News since the beginning of the year and none have mentioned when the price reduction ends.

Edit: I never got the e-mail that rabeach did in post #29 about the end date being Feb 28.

Well I haven't got any email either about it either, it matters not to me as other posters have let me know in this very thread that the deadline is the end of the month. I guess that leaves plenty of time for others to be informed. Many thanks to them for being informative and letting the rest of us know.

Obviulsy it is best if companies publish their deadline to an offer.
This I believe it is more profitable for company and eliminates any anxiety from the in this case an already happy customer with X3, like myself.
I hate it when they that!
Even with all said, I still will buy Cakewalk products.

The mind does however keeps score on these things.

Hi Vas-

I agree. If the date is definite, why only publish it to certain e-mail accounts & subject lines? That only raises questions.  Just put it out there and be done with it.

It's a well demonstrated marketing technique that actually increases sales...
Sadly it's all the rage nowadays...
