If I missed this please point me in the right direction.  I do NOT want to connect my DAW to the internet.  How do I download SONAR  Platinum to my internet connected PC and then install the new release of SONAR on my offline DAW?

That info is for activation.  I'm trying to figure out how to actually download SONAR so that I can install it on my standalone DAW.

check this help files for doing an offline installation.

Basically you have to go to your account as in the past, get download links for the necessary files. youll have an opportunity to get an authorisation file from Cakewalk after your installation on the other PC. Get that file from .Cakewalk then do with it as instructed.

Choose to save the file when you download. Then save the file onto a USB stick or CD and take it to your offline computer.

Firefox was hiding the download link and it drove me crazy.

On your products page locate and click Sonar Platinum (or the version you have) to expand the list.
You should see "Select a product from below to generate a download link"
Click "Sonar Platinum"

A box that says DOWNLOAD should appear below the Sonar image and description on the right side of the column.

NOTE: The DOWNLOAD box did not appear for me in Firefox because I had stuff blocked with Adblock. So I tried it in Internet Explorer and the DOWNLOAD box was visible for me to click on.

Thanks ... this did the trick.

So, I should download all of the files under the "SONAR Planium" dropdown and place them all in a single directory for install?

Read what Noel say's here.. It's not good news for use offline folks.

Important: If you downloaded it on a different machine please note that you will need to install command center on the main machine if you want to activate SONAR. Or alternatively you will have to use the manual offline activation process.

Its a much more straightforward and streamlined user experience to use command center to download and install SONAR so I don't recommend downloading from the web and installing it standalone. Another disadvantage to this approach is that Command Center will not know that your product is installed since it won't have it cached. So you wont get accurate update notifications.
