Ryan - I think this worked.  I was able to setup and verify successfully.  I can't really test it right now since your forum seems to have lost its CSS on all my browsers - this one just happened to still be opened so I could see where to type :)
Thanks for your help.  If you don't hear from me further on the topic, then assume it got taken care of...

This should be fixed now. We've been dealing with this for a few versions of the forum software unfortunately. They are aware of the issue.

I can't get into any other forum other than X Series. If I go to Gear/Software, it starts loading the page, I see it come up with topics, then I am all of a sudden switched back here.

Try clearing your web browser cookies and cache.

I am using FireFox and was able to just clear the cookies for cakewalk.com and that fixed it. Thanks Alex.

Question: What is suppose to be different about this new migration?
 
I did it.
 
I seem to create a new account. But where is this new account?
 
When I go to the CW store and sign in, the way I always did, I see the same things!?

I'm trying to recall; was the community forewarned of this change? I may have missed a thread, but it certainly would have been handy to know when this change was about to take place and what it would accomplish ~ or rather, what impact it could have if it has issues.

Today you're just using this new account for the forum. You can also now view your registered products and downloads at http://www.cakewalk.com/My-Account and if you do please compare it to your list of products in the store - if something is off click the feedback link and please let us know.

Thanks for the feedback - for the store roll-out I think we totally learned our lesson. Four days is not enough time so we're going to aim to announce at least the Monday before and give folks an entire week.

Just wanted to thank you again for taking the time to help me out, Willy. Not a lot of companies would go out of their way like that which is yet another reason I'm happy I chose Cake for my DAW needs.
