Does SW require you to prove you own X3?
JRRShop did not require that.
Because I would think that the verification is done at install time.
If you can't access your store account it may be that your forum login is not tied to it because your forum login email is not the email you used in your store account.
You'll need to insure that, or have a CW support person help you out. We all had to migrate our forum account/email to the new Single Sign On store account (about two months ago) by a one time link to the old store. If you did not do that then again, you'll need the help of CW support.
