Just a simple thing to mention. Did you try renaming the project, saving it, closing it and reopening it?
 
And I'm also curious if you're opening this problem project in X2 or X3?
 
Also in my experience, if X3 wasn't the last version of SONAR I have installed, I get wierd behavior from X3, but a re-install of X3 fixes the wierd behavior.
