I purchased Platinum Pro on a subscription basis in July, 2017. A credit card mix-up cause my subscription to lapse and my version 23.10.0 Build 14 now runs in Demo mode, and nothing can be saved. I didn't realize the mix up until a few days ago. When I tried to renew my membership I got sent to the announcement about ceasing operations.
I have used Cakewalk since the DOS days. I would like to find a way to complete the purchase if my monthly payments could apply toward the full purchase price.
I have a request into Cakewalk support, but no response beyond the automated default response.
Does anyone have any ideas about how I might be able to complete my purchase and/or get my software back up and running?
