Greetings!

I'm hoping someone may be able to offer some suggestions with this issue. I use a Steinberg UR22 on a regular basis but haven't recorded vocals in a while and, for some reason, I'm not able to do it now. I'm using Sonar X3 Producer software and everything else works. I've updated to the latest UR22 driver in case the updating to Windows 10 was a factor but there's just no signal or anything. The Steinberg people said there may be an issue with routing within Sonar but I'm not exactly sure what they're referring to in that any other settings I've adjusted don't work either.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

Hi tprochera,

A few things to have a look at but to save me typing all this in again, see here...

Thanks so much for the info, ZT! Your detailed process is greatly appreciated! It looks like my settings are already like those you have indicated and someone from tech support got back to me and mentioned that X3 is not guaranteed to work with Windows 10. Unfortunately, I have had 10 installed for too long and I can't set it back to 7. Perhaps there is something else to try but I may just have to buy some new software. Thanks again!

Ok sorry it didn't help. I am on Sonar Platinum which does work fine in Windows 10 if you are tempted to upgrade.

Having said that I still dual boot with Windows 7 as I don't like the forced updates with Windows 10 Home although so far Sonar Platinum has worked fine even with Creator's Edition.
