Hello,

I had to reformat so I just installed the new Bandlab product.  Now my projects are missing TruePianos and Z3TA1.   How can I get these back?

Thanks,
Adam

You will need to reinstall your previous products the came with those synths - in this case , Sonar Platinum.  Then you'll be able to use those products in Cakewalk by Bandlab.

Also, make sure the DLLs for those synths are in a path that has been configured in Cakewalk by Bandlab. Preferences | file | VST settings

I think you need to go way back to get true Piano's.
Myself I have to have 8.5 and X3e installed to get all my stuff in CbB.
Some items are separate installs you'll find if you log on to CCC.
see this for what comes with what

All the way back to Platinum

I stand corrected, I think I needed 8.5 because my copy of x3e was only Studio and it was not included.
I don't install it anymore preferring to use the free version of AD keys

If you did a full clean install, ideally you want to do Platinum (or any previous SONAR version) first, followed by Cakewalk by BandLab. If you install CbB first, the SONAR installer will overwrite some shared components that have been updated. You can run the CbB installer again after SONAR though if you've already installed though.

Jon,

Thanks for letting us know this.  Much appreciated, so I will uninstall CbB first, then install Platinum and then CbB again.  Will I lose all my settings?  Such as all my preferences, audio settings, lenses, etc....

Thanks!
Adam
