I bought a new (used/refurbished and expanded) computer and I'm reloading all my Cakewalk products. I purchased the E-MU Proteus Pack Complete Bundle (then-current version) back on October 21, 2008 (Order # WEBU182001).  All of the executable program files were dated October 30, 2007, and only 32-bit versions were available (I just ran one of the installers and only the 32-bit version was installed).

I see the subject item in the Cakewalk Store and I'm wondering if that has 64-bit versions. If not, then I'll assume this pack is no longer useful as I only intend to use the 64-bit version going forward. If so, is there any discount available to me as a prior purchaser of the 32-bit version?

I do note that this purchase didn't transfer over to the new user account system so it is no longer offered up as a download, either through Command Center or by regular download.  If this pack (and/or the new version thereof) should be in my user account already due to that prior purchase (above), then please advise how I should get it presuming that the 64-bit version would be available to me that way.

Thanks in advance for whatever help you can offer.

Thanks.  I've sent in my "Feedback" as per that post. How about does the current download support 64-bit?

I am guessing this is a DPro package. If so, there is only one version. The sfz files and samples work in both 32 and 64bit DPro. The installation reads the registry to see where the samples go.

You have been VERY helpful and I do appreciate it. Thanks!

The customer support team was able to interpret my message and restore a number of old products including this bundle, which (it turns out) installs with Command Center. And yes, the DPro stuff went into the right place, along with Rapture Pro content which appears to also have been part of this package. It all went on my 4 TB E: drive, just as I wanted.  Thanks again!

Glad it all worked out.
I am marking the post [Solved]
