Hey, have just updated to the latest version without issue, except...the QuadCurve Presets are greyed out. I tried a download but I get an error message. I did a CC reload but still the same. The message is that if it keeps happening I'm to contact support. I have redeemed it and the serial's all good.

Anyone else?

Don't worry, I download from the store and installed okay...hopefully anyway.

Pre sets would not download using command center, but I also directly downloaded, and they do appear in Sonar.

I can't see them in Sonar. How do you find/load them?

I followed the instructions in the new 'zine (great work there, by the way) but nothing happens.  Tried variations, but nothing.  I'm fully updated, so I'll wait and see how things pan out.

In the window of a Pro Channel header there's a button to load presets.  If you click on that, your 30th anniversary presets should show up.  It works for me.

if you go here:

scroll down to 30th anniversary presets and click "Learn More." you will then be able to redeem the presets, and you will see it in the command center, although that didn't work, so I downloaded directly from the link, and installed that way. Once you do that, just follow what Lynn said above.

I got the Presets to show up in the Command Center following your advice, but they wouldn't download (got an error message several times).  Hopefully CW is working this out.

When redeemed, the 30th Anniversary QuadCurve Presets installer should be in your account.

After downloading the installer either run it directly or move the installer into the Command Center download folder and install from the Command Center. The default Command Center download folder is C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads, Note: ProgramData is a hidden directory.

Okay I found it thanks...but, when I loaded a preset for the quadeq, it dropped all other modules I had loaded! WTF? Anyone else?
