I just went to open Sonar Platinum and was greeted by the following:  "Please log into the command center to check activation status".  When I tried to log into the command center, it would no longer accept my password.  I tried to reset my password and cakewalk sent an email, but the link provided did not lead to where I could change my password.  Then I went to access my account which automatically accepted my computer as it normally does.  Platinum with lifetime updates is no longer listed in "My Products".
Can anyone tell me what is happening here.  Thanks.

Hmmm, the same thing just happened to me. It asked for the password (which it accepted so I didn't go through any password reset). It showed all of my products, but with "Local Documentation" (or something like that, which I can no longer see) needing an update.

I selected it and hit "Update" and it went away. After reading your post, I went back to Command Center and hit the link to go back to the main page and it says "You don't have any products". I mean at all -- the list is completely empty. I closed it and re-opened it and it says the same.

I think someone at Cakewalk had some 'splainin' to do.

EDIT: I can still run my installed Sonar Platinum. When I look at the about box, it states "Sonar Platinum, Membership valid through 12/24/2037 -- Status: Owned"*. It shows the build as 2017.03.

(* = Hmmm, is this Cakewalk telling me that my life ends in 2037?)

Ok, I've found Platinum in "My Products".  It was lower on the list; the 2015 version.  However, I still can't access the command center and the "Activation status" prompt still keeps coming up when I open Sonar.

Speck.  Same thing here, build 2017.03. as it should be.  Maybe Cakewalk can quickly correct.

That did it (the first 'this' link), logging out and logging back in again.

Yeah, that is a bit tense for the first few moments, but glad to know that it's just an expired session.

There is a little bit of additional concern when logging out with the message "Logging out resets some of your preferences and product data". Is this going to happen every time a session expires?

The Grim.  Yes, general confusion.  Beam me up Cakewalk!

The reply from user "Grim" worked for me. He posted two potential resolutions.

Edit: Sorry, "THE Grim". Must be proper with titles, eh?
