  • Thunderbolt on Win 10 is now officially supported by Microsoft

Pete Brown with Microsoft just made a public statement on GS concerning Win 10 support for Thunderbolt 3, the Intel Alpine chipset, Skylake and the USB-C connector and backwards compatibility with TB 1 & 2 devices. Pete said they (MS) would not normally make a statement about a device interface, but Thunderbolt is a special case. For all the naysayers that said TB was dead and would never be MS or PC supported, well you know what they say......."never say never".
