Hi,

I've purchased yesterday, 29th of August 2016, Cakewalk SONAR Platinum (with Lifetime Updates) Upgrade from any SONAR (SKU: CAKE-SONA-UPG6) from AudioDeluxe.com. I have Sonar Artist (Pay One-time) and have used an opportunity to upgrade it for $399 ($339 after $60 discount). 

After redeeming my Redemption Code, I noticed by now that 3 things are missing in my account:

1. Lifetime support - It's written in My Membership: SONAR Platinum Membership valid through August 30, 2017 - You are currently paying annual.

Hello, I've purchased SPlat because of Lifetime offer!!!

2. There ain't no serial number for Addictive Drums 2 Producer Bundle!!!

3. There ain't no serial number for Melodyne Essential!!!

I'm not big Sonar expert, it's my 4th. choice of DAW, so, I don't know what else is missing... (I hope SPlat will go up in my DAW list of choice once Mac version is released).

I've already opened support ticket but, AFAIK, they're not so fast so I'm writing it here in a hope that it'll be seen by somebody from the support stuff. My case number is 326326.

Just to mention that I've successfully downloaded, installed and activated SPlat.

Hi, and welcome to this forum. I hope there is a delay of some sort regarding your expiration / update settings of some sort. Did you buy it from Cakewalk, or from another reseller?
If you go to Help in SONAR, and check the about screen. What does that say? Did you install via Cakewalk Command Center, or downloaded from your account and used the installers? If you used CCC, make sure that you have the lastest version. That is all I had for now. Hopefully someone else will chime in.

As I said, no lifetime support, no licences for 3rd party software in my CW account nor in CC Center from where I d/l, installed and activated.

Sonar Artist (Pay One-time) is on annual payment and it's still active. I thought it will be some kind of surrender process as it is with other vendors.

AFAIK the annual payments don't have to be cancelled like the monthly versions do when going with the lifetime deal, so that's probably not the issue.  It's hard to say what's actually happening though - if you now have a Platinum membership but with an expiration date of 2017 that would seem to be the annual version vs. lifetime, but even if it were, AD2 and Melodyne should still in your account.      Strange...

I agree with Steve. But out August there was only the option to buy Platinum with lifetime membership, so something seems wrong.
I would try to PM one of the staff here on the forum, maybe they can straighten it out.

I bought it because of "lifetime" offer, plugins were not reason at all (I have my own AD 2 with lot of packs and Melodyne Studio 4, btw) but I wanna have what I paid for.

I heard CW support is slow but that slow I didn't believe. Maybe I am just spoiled by some other companies whose respond time is usually up to six hours.

IIRC, the XLN and Melodyne versions is the same as you would have accessible through / in X3. They were (as far as I know) from a Cakewalk point of view only altered to be compatible with CCC. Your Melodyne Studio should not be affected by this.

Almost the same problem as denka here. Purchased Cakewalk SONAR Platinum (with Lifetime Updates) Upgrade from any SONAR (SKU: CAKE-SONA-UPG6) from AudioDeluxe, and on redemption received the error: "The Internet is Broken. Well at least our little corner of it is."

1. Membership valid through August 31, 2017. You are currently paying annual.
 
2. Melodyne Essential serial is missing! I do have a serial for Addictive Drums 2 Producer Bundle!

I am originally a SONAR Steam Edition user, but I can't purchase Platinum through Steam because my Sonar (2015) edition didn't get updated to Sonar (2016) in April/May.
Contacted support on June 30 (case 321186 - no answer), contacted Cakewalk's Steam representative early July (did answer - would get a Steam redemption code issued, never happened), resubmitted case 321186 via email July 29 (no answer). Contacted support again August 26 (case 325984 - no answer, but that's only been 3 days).
