I used Admin rights and after a long puzzle ,have got It up and running.

My main problem now Is getting the DSF packs to show up In the browser.
I am using the 64 bit version and went along to C program and opened up Dim Pro and found where multi-samples go.
I used admin rights again and started to install the first pack which is multi and program files.
When Installing the pathway only gave me   C program x86 pathway and not  C program where I want the samples to go.

Ok I went with that and copied and pasted the files to  C program, cakewalk ,dim pro where 64 bit programs go.

I pressed F5 and nothing.
It does not find the files on main C or from the X86
I am getting quite frustrated with this synth as others go without a hitch.
How do I get the Dimension pro browser to recognize my files
Where do I stick em NOW!!????

Any help would be appreciated

Hi
I have looked at tweak ,but It led me to an advertising site ,which I do not trust

C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\", so if you move your content folders and multisample folders to that location you will have the content at its original standard location.

This is a snip of what I read and that Is what I have done ,but F5 could not find the files for me.

The thread I pointed to should give some clue. You don't need to click on any further links on that thread..
If you are saying my link goes to advertising site you should be scanning your machine for spyware/viruses etc because it just goes to Cakewalk forums.

Maybe you should read the complete thread as there is mention of registry settings that you might have missed. You should at least be able to check you have everything in the right place.

Make sure you samples and prog files are in the right folders.

Thanks..

Thanks Alex
I will look at this tomorrow as I am from the UK
I have just got to get Dim pro and Rapture sorted and that Is It.
All went well with Fm8,Sampletank,Pro 53, and Korg legacy.
I must admit things are a lot faster with the new sonar

I have solved the Scarlett puzzle
It was slightly different in the Professional layout.
A little easier I think.

I am worn out now
Time for bed
