MIDI Issue/Beatscape Loading Issue

Hello all,

I am fairly new here and I am just trying to get myself together and acquire some knowledge about my MIDI instruments and how to use them/record in an audio track in Sonar 8.3 Producer.  Here is a description of the error message I get and what instruments I am trying hook up:



Error message received when Beatscape is loaded onto a audio track/opened with a new project.  I have downloaded/installed the latest 8.3 Beatscape update/plug-in as well.  I have had this problem the last year or so too when trying to synch my MPC2500 and Novation 25SL Remote Compact keyboard.  Anyone have any idea how to get Beatscape to work?  Or more fundamentally, how to synch my MIDI devices above to correlate with Sonar tracks and record MIDI messages onto a track on a specific software instrument on Sonar 8 Producer?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
**Here is the error message I get when I try to load Beatscape per the above paragraph:
