MIDI events getting dropped when drum maps are being used

Some MIDI events are not triggering when they are being passed through a drum map. Whether they trigger or not seems to have some relation to where playback begins, as moving the event or moving the start of playback can cause a non-triggering note to trigger again.

    Hi Ben,
     
    I want to make sure this is the same issue we've been looking at in house. If you change your project tempo slightly, does the playback start to behave normally? For example: if your tempo is 105, change the tempo to 105.01 or 106.

    A quick test seems to demonstrate that changing the tempo does bring the event back, yeah.
