Membership Issues...???

Membership Issues...???

Hi all,

I'm having a strange issue with my Sonar Platinum membership... Paying month-month, latest payment sent on 9/1/17, yet Sonar is popping up a warning that my membership is about to expire and Sonar will revert to demo mode in 12 days...? I've tried restarting Sonar, logging out and in and out and in again to my Cakewalk account, tried restarting my DAW several times, but still every single time I open up Sonar the warning comes up that my membership is about to expire...? 

Anyone have any ideas???

    Updates and Support valid through September 15, 2017

    Which makes no sense to me because my membership had lapsed for a few months when I was hospitalized, but I started it back up on 8/1/17....

    Your going to be better off posting your issue in the Cakewalk Store part of the forum will it will be seen by Cakewalk themselves. this part of the forum is for peer to peer problem solving.

    you also might want to contact Cleverbridge if that's where you made your payment to.
    I really wish I could offer more help but when it comes to payments and memberships, we are just users like you

    That's why I was asking here, before I start going after Cakewalk on a holiday weekend... To see if anyone has had a recent similar problem with a simple solution... But it appears not... Time to start bugging support I guess...
