Missing Items In Clean Install
Hello,
I had to reformat so I just installed the new Bandlab product. Now my projects are missing TruePianos and Z3TA1. How can I get these back? Thanks, Adam

You will need to reinstall your previous products the came with those synths - in this case , Sonar Platinum. Then you'll be able to use those products in Cakewalk by Bandlab.
Also, make sure the DLLs for those synths are in a path that has been configured in Cakewalk by Bandlab. Preferences | file | VST settings

I stand corrected, I think I needed 8.5 because my copy of x3e was only Studio and it was not included. I don't install it anymore preferring to use the free version of AD keys

If you did a full clean install, ideally you want to do Platinum (or any previous SONAR version) first, followed by Cakewalk by BandLab. If you install CbB first, the SONAR installer will overwrite some shared components that have been updated. You can run the CbB installer again after SONAR though if you've already installed though.

Jon, Thanks for letting us know this. Much appreciated, so I will uninstall CbB first, then install Platinum and then CbB again. Will I lose all my settings? Such as all my preferences, audio settings, lenses, etc.... Thanks! Adam
