It's nice to see Bob Currie is up and running again too after a relatively silent departure from another key role albeit a less 'customer facing' one.

I'm surprised to see he hasn't been mentioned on this thread yet but here he is and his first offering under his own banner is absolutely, stunningly superb.

It seems like the skillset and talent lost specifically from Cakewalk itself is set to benefit the wider music making community if not directly through the Cakewalk brand.

These individuals carry much goodwill with them and the discerning among us all know who the good ones are.  Good luck and much success to all those that have been laid off or have otherwise moved on in their new roles and ventures.

Edited my first reply to comply with the TOS. Wonder if we can get this moved back to the SONAR forum?

Hi Seth I've just been over to http://www.dawguru.com/ and I must say it looks like http://www.dawguru.com/ is going to be a great centre for learning all things DAW from an actual Guru...

If anyone is interested I suggest they take a trip out to http://www.dawguru.com/ to see what's happening.
