I sent in my Tip the day after CbB got released. A few days later, Bl staff reached out to me for my choices. I haven't gotten anything (T shirt + mug) yet. Do we get charged for shipping or is it "on the house"? For those of you who have gotten theirs, where is the package origin address? Boston? Singapore? Elsewhere? Anyone in California gotten their Tip Reward yet?

New update from BandLab this morning.  Mugs are being shipped, but T-Shirts are still being "prepared"
The actual statement: "We are in the midst of preparing the shirts so that will take some more time!"

I'm a very happy man today. Received my Cakewalk by BandLab mug. Expect productivity to explode. Took a while, then again it's a long way from Singapore to some island on the Norwegian west coast. We are experiencing a heat wave here at the moment, relatively speaking, and I'm contemplating whether it would also be suitable for some ice cold beer ... :)

Last I got from them a week ago, is "be patient". Obviously they did not have things in order when they made the announcement.  Mugs (from posts) went out but the T-Shirts had to be ordered.  They have had plenty of time to ship them out, but can still take a while to get to the US (or wherever).

I'm looking at Christmas for my mug and T-Shirt

Re: Mugs and T-Shirts 2018/06/19 17:10:22 (permalink)
I'm also still waiting on the shipment (t-shirt and mug), but have been contacted a couple of times (to confirm shipping address, which ones I wanted, etc), and replies when I have checked in a couple times.  The communications (or non-communications as it were) are a little frustrating... but similarly, a t-shirt and mug is not why I tipped the Bakers, so I'm not that worried. Also, I assume the t-shirt delay is because the Bakers had to find some sonic sheep, and then sheer em, and wash the wool and dry it by the heat of a lava lamp for maximum mixing potency... it's a whole process :)

I was just overjoyed that Cakewalk was back from beyond the grave, and that Cakewalk by Bandlab has been a really solid DAW (not requiring me to change the way I do anything).  I just want the swag so I can be a walking billboard for this product :)

Keep up the good work Bakers.

I'd wear it onstage. Show it to the world. Or at least to the 50 drunks not intensely focused on the pool table.

I suspect the order confounded the Chinese T-shirt manufacturer...you want HOW MANY XXXLs? There isn't that much cotton in China!

Try making a reply to your email from BandLab. No doubt they are trying to keep up with the requests and just not keeping up. A email to them will be logged and responded to as far as I can tell, though.

My T-Shirt and Mug finally arrived today.  T-Shirt feels like better quality material than the typical T-Shirt.  Nice size mug too, will hold lots of coffee.
