Mugs and T-Shirts
Has anyone received notification from BandLab about their choices for mug and T-Shirt orders?
I placed my order on April 6th and haven’t heard a thing. Mind you they haven’t debited my credit card either. Very strange.
I sent BandLab an email on the 21st and no reply.

I did receive an email as acknowledgement of my donation. That email suggested that BandLab would be in touch soon to sort out choices.
That was the day after my donation which was made on April 6th, 3 weeks ago. No update since other than a post by Meng in a thread where I commented stating it would take a couple of weeks. Again still no update.
On the 21st I sent a general enquiry to BandLab to see if there was any updated information. That email has not been answered.
Jeremy has emailed me in response to this thread (thank you) but there is still no answer to my question regarding a time line for making our choices. And that’s not even taking into consideration, fulfilling the orders and delivery world wide.
Rest assured I don’t want to stir up trouble; I’m just after information.

I have received several e-mails since my donation. The last one was to select what I wanted. That was at least a week ago. I don't know if its been shipped or how long it will take. I assume coming from Hong Kong.

Thanks all. I'm sorry, Mike. You're right, we could have been more in touch with updates. I wrote you back again and I'm sorry, but I can't seem to find any other emails from you other than the thread we're currently actively responding to now. As I mentioned in my email response, we reached out to a bunch of people who donated to the mug reward level on Friday. We'll be reaching out to everyone in the upcoming week or two. It's taken time due to the amazing response, but also to source the rewards. I'm sorry, we could have been more in touch and I apologize for the frustration. And I don't think anyone is trying to start trouble! If I wrote an email and didn't get a response, I'd get fired up and look for another channel to communicate. It worked, so, well done, sir!

My not starting trouble was just a general comment not directed at you Jeremy. Thanks for getting back and sorting out the missed email issue. Look forward to making my picks very soon.
Glad to hear that the process of getting back to people and sorting out their choices has commenced.

Well mine isn’t so good ,the bandlab assistant offered no option to install things to the users chosen path ,it also added a startup entry without asking ,it then crashed when trying to install this latest update If they were indeed working around the clock it certainly isn’t on the assistant This is 2018 ,only crappy ,dodgy software of years gone by created a startup entry without allowing the user to decide if this is what they want And it was only when many many people complained about it did bandlab do something about it ,next thing they’ll be adding all the cloud based crap baked into cakewalk/sonar and that’s the day I uninstall it completely ,it’s become redundant anyway as I use studio one and reaper over cakewalk/sonar now. If you’re happy for software to do whatever it likes once downloaded then fair enough but I’m not .its basic to offer install paths and whether something runs at startup or not ,without the user having to take extra measures to prevent it .

Good to read that the mugs are soon delivered. More interesting to me that the first Cakewalk by Bandlab version is now ready for to take off. Best wishes for the start up. P.S. The coffee mug will be a big step forward for my music production workflow .

I was getting a bit antsy that’s why I started this thread, but from what I was told it seems like they started contacting people last week. I was assured it won’t be long now. I understand they had to organise suppliers etc but surely getting their orders sorted out could be done independently of that process. Have you been debited any funds for payment of your order? I haven’t yet.

Perhaps they're waiting to see how many requests for mugs and T-shirts they get before placing an order with a supplier.

No coffee mug which reached here. Think that Bandlab is shipping via ship (hehe) and that it takes 4 weeks, til the workflow enhancer arrives .
