Music Creator 5 LE

Hello And greating
I have The Music Creator 5 LE and updated to the latest Version
and running windows 7
 I have a USB Mic and when I go to record Lyrics The Program hangs then Crashes..
 
I have Used Google/and this forum to Try to find solutions
and help or suggestions would be great..

    don't use a USB mic. They are not good choices for use with MC.......Yeah, I know, you probably got MC5LE with the mic..... still.....

    Hey i think you should checkout your mic driver, may be it is creating some problem or conflicts.

    The problem is that the computer and DAW look at the USB mic as a second sound card....which it is. There is no easy way to sync the clocks in the 2 sound cards so they will give playback issues as the clocks drift from each other.
     
    Most USB mics do not have outputs to connect speakers, so you need to use the factory card and that means you are recording on one and playing back on the other....... problematic.
