Hey, if I were to make a song full of these presents, would I be able to sell it as my own song, or would I not be allowed to use the presents and/or have to credit cakewalk/rapture?


When I built the Muz3um installers for fr4ncesco I asked him if he wanted to include a license agreement and he said no.  So you are totally free to sell your music made with those presets. 

I hope you'll share some of the music you made with Rapture and those presets here.     : )

I confirm what Fog, AT and Chad said

you can use the presets in your songs productions as you want, without any limitation

the only exception is you can't repack/resell the samples (I didn't specify this special case as I was considering it obvious)

The new download engine should also resolve the IE download issues.  And at much faster speeds.
