Mystery Artist

Here is one cool song, in one cool video, from one cool friend of ours. Can you guess who this is? I'm sure he will appreciate any comments as well.

I really like the outdoor photography.

16mm film? That was a serious investment.

I was assuming the piano was in a common space at a hotel and event center... I'm just guessing as the room and the exteriors have that private institution sort of scale.

    best regards,

All I can say is Lennon is rolling in his grave.

Aside from the religious nonsense and a complete antithesis of the song, it at least sounds good.

IDK.... other than Martin D... but ... cool song... I like what he did and how he used music that sounds close to but not a direct cover of Lennon's work.

I think the artist is a pretty decent interpretive song writer. That was actually a pretty good "reimagine" from a musical point of view.

I personally did not like it. But as someone said, the production was good. IMO, he could have just done a tribute/cover and I probably would have been more impressed. Especially since he turned what was not (IMO) a religious song into a praise song.

Voice and style Sounds just like Terry (Grovesendroad).  Nice tune.  Very Lenoon-esque.
