Kev - thanks for the listen and kind comments. I have to admit that I was quite pleased with the vox treatment on this one. It's something I think I'm finally starting to get the hang of - some of my earlier attempts are quite cringeworthy when I listen to them now. Jayhill - thanks to you too - glad you like the Brit vox as that's the only kind I can do ! ;)

Nice song and nice production. Very creative mixture of electronica and guitar elements. They are all mixed very well together. Nice driving rhythm too. I like the bridge - cool snare sound and really cool guitar parts and synth parts.

That was different... in a good way. :-) Reminded me just a tiny bit of some Modern English maybe?? (I'm an old fart..) LOVE the chop guitar tone! By chance, did you utilize sidechain compression on this tune? In my laptop headphones, the mix seems to "pump" some in time with the ride cymbal. If this this is intentional, then bravo! If not, may want to check your mix bus compression settings. Then again, it may be just me. LOL Solid mix, mate!

Sorry for the delay in replying again - reality intervention !! Daryl - thanks for listening, glad you liked. Geno - cheers for the ears ! I'm glad you dig the mix of styles - something that I always try to do, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. From memory (not at my DAW) the snare is a BFD preset so can't take much credit for that. tbosco - thanks for listening and commenting - I vaguely remember ME, but couldn't name a song of theirs off hand. If there is sidechain compression then it's buy accident as I've never really got to grips with that yet. There is some longish decays on the drum kit, so it may be that you're hearing . I'll check it out when I get chance. Poguester - where ya been fella ? Thought you'd fallen down big hole or summat ! Yeah, the bottom end (lack of) has been mentioned, but I haven't had time to tweak this one yet 'cos of stoopid real life ! Thanks for the ears - nice to see you back ! Shawn - both links (song&sig) working ok here, so maybe just some problem with SC when you tried ? Thanks for trying anyway.

interesting arrangement. You do sing better then Bapu. I Like the different grove and feel you have for the chorus.

paulo- Modern English's big hit was "I Melt With You" back in '82.

Tim - thanks for the listen and comment Marcus - thanks for listening and commenting - not really sure how to take the "better than" comment ? Glad you enjoyed the little change of pace - one of my favourite bits about it. Tony - I remember that one now - seem to remember quite liking it actually - have to go on you tube and check it out again.
