[CWBRN-25395] - Nudging note events in take lanes doesn't work properly
I strongly recommend not using nudge when you want to move note events in take lanes. It could delete some of note events in the clip.
[Steps to Reproduce the Issue]
1. Create a new project and drag a soft synth from the Browser into the Track view, with associated tracks (audio+MIDI).
2. Drag a MIDI file (let's use "A Major Pentatonic 1.mid" in MIDI Library > Scales) into the MIDI track.
3. Hit Shift+T on the MIDI track to display the take lane.
4. Click the Add Take Lane button to insert a new lane.
5. Hold Shift+Ctrl and drag the MIDI clip up to duplicate the clip into the new lane (if the clips are linked as a result, unlink them by right-clicking and choosing "Unlink").
6. Transpose the clip in lane 1 (T1) by Process > Transpose (Amount: 7).
7. Hit Alt+3 to open the Piano Roll view.
8. Change the foreground color of the two clips, using the Clips Properties Inspector, to make the issue easy to identify, like this (Note: the color of the note events in PRV fails to change and I believe this is a bug):
9. Lasso-select some of the notes of the clip in lane 1 (T1), like this:
10. Nudge the note events to the right a few times (or several times) and then nudge them back to the left to the original position by hitting Num3/6/9 and Num1/4/7 (depending on your nudge settings).
11. See Result 1 in [Expected Results] and [Actual Results] below.
12. Undo the previous actions and go back to just before step #9.
13. Lasso-select some of the notes of the clip in lane 2 (T2), like this:
14. Repeat step #10, and see Result 2 in [Expected Results] and [Actual Results] below.
[Expected Results]
Results 1 & 2:
Note events nudged move horizontally in the same lane and no other note events are affected.
[Actual Results]
Result 1:
Result 2:
