20. None, your supposed to use your ears. Therefore you don't need a light bulb

Nice one Tom, I'd say this one's currently leading the pack.

Use "Windows," not a Mac, and you'll have natural light, therefore eliminating the need for the light bulb.

If you do spring for a new bulb, go for the new quad filament. Much more power. Or better yet, call Jim Roseberry ... it only takes one of him to fix the bulb, and he'll get it right the first time.

Listen mate, I'm not sure of anything any more. All I know is I was trying every stupid Windows tweak I could find to achieve ultra-low lightency and then I went all dim.
I blame SP3.

turn up the brightness on ya monitor.. or use a keyboard with a nice display to illuminate the room (the warm blue glow from the axiom etc)

normally it takes 1 person...

BUT I changed a light bulb elsewhere 6 months ago and the ceiling rose decided to come down in the process, because it wasn't secured properly. So I had to get a load of cushions on the floor in case it fell from the ceiling. I turned off the switch and I thought I'd switched off the mains fuse for that part of the house... obviously I hadn't.. i got a buzz off it as I had remove the fitting.

then it took me and an electrician to refit the light fitting and earth the switch that was never earthed ..

so 2 in extreme circumstances.

what is the formula for determining the proper latency compensation with a 45 watt bulb?
Can Vista handle the full 45 watts or should I assign it to the waves dimmer switch.

Have you tried taking out the bulb and buffering it use different chamois to get the sheen you want try this and see if this works. I got any idea you will see what I am seeing.

I can't believe I'm admitting this, but I've been using Bulbar 7 for about a year and I don't even know what a lightbulb is, nevermind that I already need to change it, nevermind HOW to change it!

Can someone post a link?

I just went out and bought Monster Bulbs and I'm convinced I get a much cleaner, more transparent light, though in fairness it wasn't a blind test.

36. I was thinking of buying this "lamp" on ebay but I'm concerned that it may not be real Please check this out for me. The guy says it will work in all SONAR releases even 8.1.16.37.9862 (that seems like a tipoff that it's fake but the price is sooooooooo good I want two).

37. I was looking to get a lightbulb from a best friend who says he doesn't need his any more. Can I put this out of date bulb in any socket in my home or just my SONAR socket?

38) One to tell us what he'd like to see in the next generation light bulb.
39) One to tell us (could be the same one) that he's quiting light bulbs altogether if they can't make it any better.

42) There's nothing wrong with your light bulb. Your light bulb doesn't need changing. There has to be a problem with the lamp you're using it in. Is it a desk lamp or floor model? We need more information if we're going to help you!
