Hi Jose.

Nice. This is a very cool way to manage scoring inside Sonar. It puts the top level at the instrument + track relationship and nicely subordinates articulation, if you know what I mean.  Very cool.  I'm going to modify some of my orchestral templates tomorrow and play with this.  Thanks, Jose!

Thanks for your offer.  I don't have the same product in that I have the Silver edition but I am thinking of upgrading because I didn't realize until I started running  EW Silver that it lacked not only articulations but also instruments which is verified by your template.  I love how it is organized and want to do the same thing.  Is there a way to load EW player by default so you don't have to do it manually each time ?  Is it in EW Player that you load or save the folders or is that in Sonar?  I am sorry to be so new at this.  It would be very helpful if you went into more detail of how you create the folders and load your sounds for a project.  Everytime I reload a project I get another track of Play VST in Sonar added for every track I had originally.  I then manually delete all the duplicate tracks that were created in the reloaded project.  Is this normal?

Just a note to you- Thanks a lot for sharing what you have I love the concept. It has been a busy last two weeks with trying to get my 8 midi tracks converted to wave files so I could burn them to a CD so the five Cello's and two trumpets and a drummer could have a practice CD for them to learn their parts for a Cello concert my wife and I are sponsoring.  I couldn't stand to use General Midi samples from the sound card.  I tried finally to do the tutorial 1 in Sonar, but when I tried their example and loaded Cakewalks TTS-1 my transport froze up. (never had that happen).  After trying for days to find why it didn't work, I called Sweetwater Sound and their tech took over my machine and it still would not work. Finally we both bagged the idea of the Tutorial 1 and tried PlayVST and bingo it worked.  Within about 10 minutes I had a wave file with awesome sounding Samples from EW Player that actually sound like a cello. I am estatically happy  Now I am interested in refining this process.  I think I can upgrade to Gold for $99.00.  It may be worth it.

I have never used a template before.  Can I use it even though I am using Sonar Studio 8.0 x 32 instead of Sonar PE 8.5.3 x64 like you are, and Silver edition instead of the Gold + version that you are?
