Were cool, I'm not well myself. I'm working on it though, as I am sure you and others are also.

Take care Robby,

Bobby

Thank you for posting this Janet.

Jimmy --- I'm very sadden to hear about your situation.  However, the comments above are absolutely right --- medicine has made great strides.  I have been with my sister and some friends as they battled cancer.  The good news is that they are all now cancer free and they are doing very well.  A good attitude was a big part of the cure.  Be strong and be optimistic, and everything will work out.  You are in our prayers.  All the best and we look forward to your quick recovery, so that you can come back and share your talent on this forum.

I am excited about the generosity of this community!  I do not wish to post the results yet, but I want to wait until I tell Jimmy first what kind of dontaion he can expect.

Also, I hope everyone understands that I will not post individual amounts - that will remain confidential.  but I will give Jimmy the names and email addresses of those who gave.  I will also be sharing with Janet all of my records to make sure we there is at least some level of accountability.

Thank you everyone for being so generous to our friend in need!

You'r doing a great job Beagle!

I think it's vital to keep the per person amount completely confidential.

I think it is important for everyone to realize that all contributions are *HUGE* and that if you can throw something, or anything, in the hat that it is very big thing to do so.

Keep up the good work everybody!

best regards,
mike

To Reece and Janet
You two are really standing out here in Jimmy's time of need.......I admire the both of you so much... I remember when Reece took in robert to help him as well (and also set up the donations)....I hope the Lord brings you both Many Many Blessings.

To Jimmy
don't give up..Keep fighting no matter what....as you can see from this thread everyone here is here to help support you.....and that is what a family should be ...so I too will pray for you and wish nothing but the best for you.

Ahh man - I'm so sorry to hear this news and also sorry not to have responded sooner - been working the weekend and only just caught up.

Jimmy - if you read this, please know that you have my sincerest wishes that you are able to make a full recovery. I have always admired and often commented on how natural you make all your work sound, which can only be a sign of a true talent. Also, I think that I speak on behalf of many when I say that it is extra complimentary when you listen and comment on anyone elses  work as it always clear from your studied and detailed responses that you have listened very carefully and are very thoughtful in your comments. It really is a massive compliment to know that someone else has taken such care in listening to the various works that we all spend many hours on.

To this end, I hope that even while you are recovering and maybe unable to make your own music that you will occasionally find the strength or motivation to listen in now and again and maybe use your great ears to guide the rest of us in the right direction - you are truly an inspiration to many here and we will be sad not to have you around so often. That said, your health is obviously the first and foremost issue, so above all take care of No.1 .

Best wishes to you.

I like this song too.

Jimmy you are a great talent.  I personally look forward to the time when you post another song.  Maybe another mellow tune about your extended family here.  I'll gladly play sax on it if you let me

You came to mind this morning on my way in to work.  I promise you that I won't stop praying for you until you get better.  Please keep us posted.
