I did notice on their Welcome Cakewalk customers page, for Method 1 it says "Log into your Cakewalk account and take a picture of the Cakewalk Command Center page showing your email address and your serial number"...
When I log into CCC, it shows my username, not email address...so, I sent them a screencap of my account page from Cakewalk as well, showing my username and email together, just in case. Not sure it matters, but I really would love those unlock codes...

I don't think they care about showing your email address. They'll get that when you email them your proof. I sent a screen cap of the "About" splash, and it looks just like the one on their web page: No name and no email, just serial number, and the fact that it's mine for infinity. And beyond, presumably.

I sent them an email with screengrabs as directed but the email bounced back to me (twice). This is probably just my email server is just acting up again.
I ended up sending them three times before I got one to go through and not bounce back.
So, would some of you please post once you receive your codes. Just so we know when they start sending the unlock codes.

The GEM Tapedesk is the magic sauce from Sonar I was missing in StudioOne (i.e. Sonar tape and console emulation). I'm definitely jumping on that $99 deal when I get the coupon code!

I think it depends on what you have chosen as a user name. There might have been a time when Cakewalk designated email addresses as user names for their customers. Just a hunch because mine doesn't show email either.

Tele is correct. That spot shows your user name. If you user name
is the same as your email, that is what will show up. Mine is not.
It shows my user ID.

I can't speak for them, but I would assume if you have any of their products such as BREVERB and TH2, TH3 which were bundled with sonar and have proof that you bought a version which had those products bundled with it, then you should be able to get the unlock codes for what you've purchased in the bundle.
