You could "lasso" them (right click, and drag to select), and drag (left click at the end of any clip) them together to desired length. You can also hover the mouse over the top of the clip, until you see a "pen with some bars over it), left click, and drag (up or down) to desired velocity / volume. Or ctrl right click, and choose MIDI effects, Cakewalk, velocity, change velocity and enter desired increase / decrease.
    Best of luck

Thanks Zargg71 , the problem is that they have all different lenghts and if I drag them , they all increase / decrease their lenght consequently.
I do need to make them all of the same lenght ( i.e. 1/4 )
    Is there a way?

Try using the events editor in the command bar. I think that will work.

Hey, why don't we use the new, easiest method? Select the note events, hold down the Shift key and adjust the right edge of one of the events.

My understanding of that reference is that it will produce scaling of all selected values by the same ratio. What the OP is apparently trying to do is to set the actual notes to the same absolute values. If the values are not identical at the outset, the referenced maneuver will not equalize them. Selecting the notes via event filter, and replacing the values with the desired value would seem to be the easiest way to do what he wants.

I think that's when you hold down the CTRL key. It's the SHIFT key I used in my explanation. I've been using the feature ever since it was implemented.

Have you tried selecting all the notes...then right clicking on one note and adjust the properties manually?  Haven't tried it myself, but seems as though it should work if you have multiple notes highlighted.

Nevermind....even double clicking and changing the note values only changes it for the one note even when more then one are selected.  Just tried it.

Make your selection and type the desired length in the box

Note: if your target length is say, 120 ricks and the first note in your selection is already this length then it will not work. 2 ways to over come this, either re-select the range ensuring the first note needs correcting, or (especially if it's a complex range of non-contiguous notes), using the example above, first type 121 and enter, then hit 120 and enter.

It think it depends. icontakt's method works faster if you already have snap selected in PRV, just shift+click+drag. But if you don't have snap at a comfortable value, then the Events Editor is great - especially because you can select an entire clip (don't need to be in PRV), type...done.

This would be a very easy job for a cal program, then set a call to the CAL program to a keyboard shortcut.

Well, in that case, I would say a CAL script like the one below is the fastest in both TV and PRV. You just select the clip or notes and hit the keyboard shortcut assigned the CAL. I use Alt+4, Alt+6, Alt+8, etc.
But still, I use Shift+click+drag in the PRV, because my right hand doesn't need to leave the mouse. It's a handy new feature not known by many.

Yes, this is a bug and I'm wondering when it gets fixed.

There you go, icontakt gave you the right thing, short and sweet ..   sometimes all those parens can be troublesome, but they just need to be balanced, same number open as closed, and beware the ifs
