Piano roll's time ruler bug

Hi!
 
I can't submit Problem Report (probably because I purchased from Steam).
 
Ruler in piano roll shows one bar while we are really editing another (thinking that we are editing first one).
 

 
System:
Sonar Platinum Neyburyport x64
Windows 8.1 Pro
AMD Phenom II X6 1100T
GeForce GTX 750 Ti
 
I've tried this on different PC with same Sonar version, but running Windows 10 and Intel i5 CPU and integrated Intel graphics, and I wasn't able to reproduce this bug there. While on my PC it works like that every time.
