Thanks for not listing your collection, olpal. The server only has a few terabytes allocated for the forum, and we've got to leave enough space for bapu.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

I'm really liking that IKM 670!  WELL worth $20!!!  I wouldn't have bought it for more than that, but now that I have it I know it's worth more than that!!!

I used to have over 500 VST's and stacks of VSTi's loaded up. When I got my new computer I used that as an excuse to trim down to only those I actually use!

VST:

Softsynths:

Straummy,

If I did that for all my plugs, the single image would likely break the forum software.

I can't image what Maurice's image would do.

He he - I was tempted to load them all up again Ed (I saved all the .dll and the .exe files from the old PC) but I took on board a neat bit of advice from JB who mentioned that he'd only scanned in the plugs he used a lot when changing computer, and would then only add any of the others if and when they were used in an older project. Aside from the Cakewalk stuff on the VST list above, there's less than 30 third party plugs there at the moment

I don't use stuff like Session Drummer or Studio Instruments but they are handy to have installed in case I need some screenshots and specific details when answering a question elsewhere.

I've stuck to this pretty strictly so far but I guess time will tell

Now if only I'd have followed my own advice when I upgraded my machine....

I've been wondering what I'll replace the Kjaerhaus classics with when I finally go 64bit.

I think of them as if they are analogous to stuff I have on a pedal board. They are fun to use and do what I expect. I really like the minimal interface.

Is there a obvious next choice that is 64bit?

best regards,
mike

Nope...

But they work via bitbridge OK...
