I keep my HTML and PDF manuals for most programs in two directories. I made a HTML index separating them into catagories, instrument , program, etc. Then I made a shortcut to the HTML and placed it on the taskbar. Now I have easy and quick access to them. If you don't want to be bothered with that just place a shortcut to the folder on the taskbar or desktop.
