Purchased products

I had to replace my HDD and needed to reinstall some instructional videos that I had previously purchased. They have always in the past been there available for download. Now they are gone. Does anyone know if there is a time limit, as the purchase was a few years back? Any ideas as to how I can retrieve them?

    If you bought them from the cakewalk store they should still be in your account.

    All of mine are there as well (video's back from the X1 days and everything else before that).
