I'm really liking the quickfix approach. Now if we could just get better integration of the Mackie Control, I'd really be a happy camper!! Please update that Mackie file.

This is great news! Cakewalk, you stumbled out of the gate with X1 but you have responded strongly and you are doing a great job in demonstrating that you listen and act (no pun intended...) based on the *outstanding* feedback, both pro and con, that is communicated in this forum. The recent updates and QuickFixes are restoring my confidence that I am using a product that I can trust instead of troubleshoot. I've been following the forum since the intro of X1 and I've learned an incredible amount from the dedicated and passionate user base on here. I even learned a little about time travel....who would have thunk it? It is inspiring to a part-time songwriter like me to see so many talented people contributing their valuable time, energy, and experience to help one another improve the product and each others usage of it. Very cool forum.....! Best, Michael

If you live in the US, then the Kindle version is available now. The publisher is still working on the distribution deal for outside the US, but that will hopefully be resolved soon. Thanks! riojazz I'm getting pretty fast now at retrieving my serial number to get these Quick Fixes. Mind you, I'm not complaining... Thank you, Cakewalk. I find hitting the spacebar makes the serial number appear in the box, which is just as well as I can't cut and paste from the "about Sonar" screen. Obviously this only works after it has been entered for the first quickfix. Grum. Edit: Or the first letter of the serial number (C) will bring the whole sequence.

It's great that they are doing this Quick Fix program, but let's be realistic about this particular one guys ... I hope they fix the Track Interleave problem soon. It's a real show stopping problem. Thanks, Bub
