This is much better mix wise. I would either re-record or tune the backup vox in places.
Sittin downtown in a railway station one toke over the line.

I don't know if YouTube affects audio in any way, but the new mix sounds much better IMO.

Thanks Beagle and Robby and Steve ! Beagle the Soundclick link is the one with the updated drums. Robby I will go back and check the harmony vocals, I thought they were pretty close except for one spot and that may be what you were hearing, thanks for listening! Thanks Steve, the first version was actually recorded on a vs 2480 synced to X1 for drums, this one was all X3! Thanks to all for the feedback.

This latest version sounds super! Everything is in it's place and the track sounds like it should be on the radio. Your warm voice matches the warmth of the mix. Well done!

I honestly don't remember the original, but this mix sounds great. Snare is about perfect along with the guitars and bass. Kick is a touch thin, for my taste, and the ride cymbal sounds "wrong" somehow. I'd find a brighter ride if you can, and push it back a bit. Vocals are really well done and your voice matches the song perfectly. Regards, Dan

Thanks for listening Dan! The ride cymbal bothered me in this too but I went through pure heck trying to build this drum track. A lot of linking and unlinking of clips that would not link or unlink, doubled notes through out , a lot of editing in event view. I will try a brighter ride and see what it does. Thanks for the advice!
