Most of the commentators here do forget that CW products are not only about USA/English language.
Looking for telephone support in a foreign language with a 4-10 hours time difference is not that easy and it can also be quite expensive. 
 
E-mail is the method that should be made as fluent as possible.

Phoning tech support from Australia is not an option...times/cost etc. I've given up contacting tech support via the internet...getting the 'internet is broken...or at least part of it...- so the form I've filled out - 5 times recently - doesn't go through. I say recently because this issue was happening a couple of years ago. Suggesting to contact the Webmaster, doesn't work either. 
 
I appreciate the support in these forums, but I need tech support when issues can't be solved here. 
 
I also have a store credit and I requested a tute for the credit...couple of weeks now. Yes, I agree, Cakewalk does need more help. I'd be happy contacting anyone - chat, email etc - if I could get some expertise. 
 
Meanwhile, I'm practising patience and creative workarounds.

Agree with most however...

Sadly will never work as most non technical people think all questions are technical or non technical depending on what side of bed they woke up with, and there are also 50 shades of technical, not all involving gaffer tape.

If a first time user is coming here with a technical question they are most likely not happy, so getting them to conform to anything may be a stretch. But it would be nice to at least offer that suggestion.
 
Or can use the same tagline of dating sites! "Posts with descriptive titles and pictures are more likely to get quick responses!"
 
Which reminds me... I log in and see Alex, Alex Alex.... and the only thing that comes to mind is...
