Yep, as far as I know, the publisher is only releasing to copy-protected eBooks. They tried PDFs a few years back and then the book ended up posted all over the Internet. And it definitely affected sales. After they stopped the PDFs, I personally saw my book sales go up. So yeah, piracy is a definite problem.
