Hi, and welcome to this forum. If you log into your account at cakewalk.com, you should have all your products there. If you do not find your products in your cakewalk account, I would contact support. They will get you sorted if you do not get it working by yourself
SONAR is yours when you buy it, so when you get a new pc, you can install it there. As long as you are the only one using SONAR, you can install on more than one pc. I have SONAR on both my laptop and studio pc. Hope it helps.
