Diets?? Really... are you going to change the way you eat for the rest of your life? I think I would just find a doctor that would agree that I need to lose weight and write me a scrip for desoxyn. Then you can be thin and happy! Food? We don't need no stinkin' food!

Canadia is cool I know a few Canadish people and they speak highly of it.

Aboot a year ago one of 'em invited me over and said I could sleep on his cooch if I came. Eh?

He's a famous solicitor which I think is a great achievement because I tried soliciting once and it didn't turn out too well.

Johnbouy, is that the "17 day diet" you're doing? I'm 6 weeks in and I've lost well over 2 stones and still losing, although the rate has slowed to about 4 lbs a week now.

I'm seriously beginning to think I'm going to have problems maintaining my weight once I get to my target.

Ahh...  Ye Olde English makes some sentences sound funny to us upstart Americans...

I'll keep my two stones thank you.

(Of course, I still weigh a good 17 stones even after having lost a few pounds since June - heh...)

LOL. Yeah I get the two stones ref although stones isn't commonly used here. Other than 14lbs = 1 stone, bet yours don't weigh that much.

LOL,

I'm using a blend of excercise and food regimes of the '17 day diet' you recommended and the very similar looking "Dukan" diet' that my partner had already started out on so that we don't have to prepare different meals.

But WOW! It's painless, simple and effective.  The figures you are stating there are pretty much in line with what I'm already seeing.  It's like somebody stuck a pin in my belly and I'm watching it deflate.

I've calculated at the current weight loss rate I'm all set to disappear completely in approximately 18 weeks!

I haven't been hungry once since I started out 8 days ago and the best bit is that I can have a couple of trimmed lean back rashers grilled and a poached egg for breakfast.  mmm...becan.

My svelte status will be resumed shortly...

I never knew diets would be this easy, I always remember my mother calculating calorie charts over periods of several months for the sake of a few pounds.

But remember folks always consult a medical professional before undertaking any weight loss regime.

Snap here. I always thought a diet was eating a lettuce leaf and then starving and salivating at the mouth for 5 hours waiting for the next one.

I'm eating far healthier, feel good, weight is dropping off and never hungry, it's great. Even red wine is a fat burner apparently....... on my 5th bottle for the day so far.... hic...
