How about I tell you what I did?

I started a new lifestyle regime, diet, excercise the whole works.

I've lost 10lbs (no not £££'s, silly) in seven days, that's a quarter of the way to my three month target in 7 days!

I cut sugar, carbs (bread, taters, rice and such) and fat completely.  Switched from 400 cups of sweet milky coffee daily to 400 cups of black lapsang souchong tea.  Breakfast is live Greek yogurt mixed with oatmeal bran...Yammy.  It's just high protein, lean meat, eggs etc, one day and supplemented by steamed veg on alternate days.

I haven't been hungry yet because you can eat as much as you like of the allowed foods but bear in mind you don't want a great deal after downing a whole plateful of yogurt bran at the start of the day.

The hard bit is that I have to at least walk the 400 yds to the beach every day...

Other than that I upgraded to Reason 6 (the new 64 bit Reason).

    Yen Tong Ehdle I Po!

I aspire to applying this axiom in all my endeavours.

Sometimes I can feel I'm getting close.

Actually taking a look back over my life the Ying Tong song is the nearest thing that I have to a love theme.

Welcome back JB. In your honour, I flew my brother in from Arizona and we are destroying my kitchen. Ripping up floors, tearing down walls, yanking wires etc. Now that your back, I guess we shall stop now and begin putting it back together. This is the last time I make a stand in some ones honor. I simply cant afford it.

Hopefully after that diet no one is walking in back of you on your daily walk to the beach. I would also suggest leaving the windows open in the house. All that bran can lead to some interesting things happening.

All in all though - welcome back Mr. Jon!
